How do I gain access?

To receive access, you should have received an email from your HR contact with an access code.

How far in advance should I register for class?

We recommend you register ~24 hours in advance for class. Registering in advance for class will help you stay committed.

What are the benefits?

There are so many benefits! Besides the release of endorphins mental health and physical wellness we get to do all of this as a community.
